FIVE STAR SOCCER SCHOOL FALL PROGRAM:

Five Star Soccer School will be known for the training and development of recreation, town, and travel soccer players who have the desire to compete at the high school or premier level and would like that extra training and development to get there.

This program will get similar coaching and development as the Liverpool FSC Premier teams, the focus of the soccer school will be on Technical Development and Fitness. Five Star Soccer School will use Coerver style training which is used by some of the top professional soccer clubs in Europe. The program is intended to develop the individual technically as well as increase their fitness and agility levels.

The players will train twice per week for 90 minutes at a time with Liverpool FSC’s staff coaches, with the possibility of one session on a Saturday and the other on a weekday to be determined, giving the players ample time to spend with their town or travel team if applicable.

Five Star Soccer School will be working with middle school, JV, and high school age soccer players to give them much needed training they did not receive or are not receiving from their youth programs.
